I moved to South Oxhey from Borehamwood and I can say that I have found it to be a quite, friendly place to live and have never had any problems with kids or noisy neighbours, much better than Borehamwood. Would have liked the old Woolworths store to have been a Iceland or a sainburys local rather than a Nisa, still cant have it all!
