Herts developer sponsors fastest car
Local property developer Castleoak Homes, the builder of luxury homes in Hertfordshire, was the sponsor of the fastest car to complete this year’s European Cannonball Run.
The developer’s vehicle, a Mercedes gl500, travelled a total of 3,200 miles in five days, through France, Spain and then to Lisbon in Portugal.
The first day of the journey the team completed 1,200 miles in 12 hours 25min.
The developer, represented by Imagine Estate Agents, managed to keep up the pace for five days, before reaching Calais and heading back to England.
Castleoak Homes is currently selling two detached units on the Cassiobury Estate and developing three further units in Nascot Wood.
