I love running, but am quite new to it! I am planning to run the Race for Life this year in Cassiobury Park, Watford. Just wondered if anybody else is doing it and how the training is going?

I can't wait!! Im running it too. First year for me. Training is going well. I can't believe I have managed to keep it up.
Really looking forward to the big day........... not long now :0)
