Hi, I am 14 years old and live in the Oxhey area and looking for a local youth club that meets at least once a week. Can anybody help, if so please let me know.

Try your local Scouts/Explorer Group, you haven't said whether you are male or female but you will find most Scout Groups are unisex nowadays. Scouts today is great fun - in our group based in North London they regularly go camping, abseiling, paintballing, pot-holing, wall climbing and much more - its not all about marching and woggles anymore. Your local group is called 2nd Bushey & Oxhey Scout Group and they meet at Bushford Hall Scout Hut on St Georges Drive in Carpenders Park.

Have you tried the Zone Youth Centre on Gosforth Lane. The centre is for kids aged 13-19 years. Give them a call on 020 8428 4954.

There is a Sea Scout Group based in Oxhey, they meet in the Scout HQ, Oxhey Drive, they are called the 14th Bushey & Oxhey Sea Scouts.
